Bohunt Sixth Form Wows with Record-Breaking Open Evening
Last Thursday, we opened our doors to our largest ever Autumn Open Evening.
Over 400 prospective students and their parents attended the evening, eager to see the impressive Bohunt Sixth Form building and learn all about Bohunt Sixth’s immersive study and enrichment programmes.
Clare Hodgson, Head of Bohunt Sixth Form, and Neil Strowger, Headteacher of Bohunt School – Liphook, gave a series of informal talks aimed at future students who might be considering joining for years 12 and 13.
Students and parents were keen to hear about life at Bohunt Sixth Form, the transition to higher education and the courses and programmes available.
The Sixth Form’s current cohort of students shared their experiences and gave advice on what Bohunt Sixth Form has to offer and choosing what to study post-16. Each subject was represented by expert teaching staff, offering information and advice.
Talented music students performed unique compositions, written especially for the visitors, whilst Science, Art and Humanities departments dazzled visitors with A level experiments, fine art and sculpture, essay writing and critiques. The Sixth Form library showcased the wonderful study facilities and outstanding resources available to support students.

Applications to join the Sixth Form close in January 2020.
