Bohunt Sixth Students Celebrate Outstanding Results

Students at Bohunt Sixth Form, which is part of the high-performing Bohunt Education Trust (BET), are celebrating today having received their A Level results – enabling them to secure places at prestigious universities and take their desired next steps.

A staggering 100% of students achieved A* for EPQ, whilst 43% of students taking A Levels achieved grades A*/A – almost double the national percentage and against a national decrease in the top grades. 70% of students achieved A*-B and 86% A*-C.

Students have achieved excellent results, which reflect the hard work and commitment shown throughout their studies. Individual standout achievements of the day included:

  • Matilda G, who achieved 3 A*s and is studying Ancient and Modern History at St. Hilda’s College, Oxford.
  • Harry L who achieved 3 A* and will study at Cardiff
  • Ela S, who achieved 3 A*s and will be studying Politics and International Relations at Bath University.
  • Anya O who achieved 3 A* and will study Biochemistry at Bristol
  • Jay G and Millie S who will study veterinary sciences at Liverpool and Nottingham respectively
  • Bre N who achieved A*AA and will read English at Exeter
  • Grace R who achieved 2 A* 2As and will study biological sciences at Surrey
  • Archie M who achieved 3A*A and will read economics at Loughborough
  • Bryony W who achieved A*AAA and will go to Exeter to study Physics
  • Molly N, who achieved A*s in maths, biology and chemistry and will be studying medicine at Manchester University.
  • Athene R who achieved 2A*2As and will study medicine at Newcastle
  • Alex B who achieved A*AAA and will go to Southampton to study aeronautical engineering.
